Welcome to KrishiVya. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and cancellations on the KrishiVya platform. By placing an order on KrishiVya, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Marketplace Model
KrishiVya operates as an online agriculture marketplace and technology platform that connects buyers with independent sellers, distributors, and manufacturers.
All products listed on KrishiVya are manufactured and supplied by third-party manufacturers and sold by independent sellers or authorized distributors.
KrishiVya does not manufacture, produce, store, or directly sell any product listed on the platform.
2. Product Responsibility & Disclaimer
Manufacturers are solely responsible for product quality, composition, labeling, legal compliance, germination standards, effectiveness, and performance.
KrishiVya and its sellers do not take responsibility for:
– Seed germination percentage
– Crop yield or productivity
– Effectiveness of fertilizers, pesticides, or crop protection products
– Losses (direct or indirect) arising from product usage
– Environmental or climatic impact
– Incorrect dosage or improper application
Customers are strongly advised to consult their nearest Krishi Salahkar, agricultural expert, or local agriculture department before purchasing or using seeds, chemicals, or agricultural equipment.
All agricultural inputs should be used strictly as per manufacturer instructions.
3. Return Eligibility
Return requests will be accepted only under the following conditions:
– Damaged product received
– Wrong product delivered
– Expired product received
– Missing item(s) in the order
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
– Change of mind
– Improper storage or usage
– Crop failure
– Germination or productivity-related issues
– Performance dissatisfaction
4. Return Request Time Window
Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of agricultural products, all products listed on KrishiVya are non-returnable except in the eligible cases mentioned above.
6. Proof Required for Return
To initiate a return request, customers must provide:
– Clear images and/or videos showing the issue
– Original packaging proof
– Order details
Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the return request.
7. Refund Method & Timeline
– Refunds are processed via UPI only.
– Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
– Actual credit timelines may vary depending on manufacturer verification and banking channels.
Refund approval is subject to verification by the respective seller or distributor.
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
Return pickup or shipping will be arranged by KrishiVya or the respective seller, depending on the case and location.
Customers must follow the return instructions shared after approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
10. Limitation of Liability
KrishiVya and its sellers shall not be liable for:
– Crop loss or agricultural damage
– Incorrect product usage
– Climatic or environmental factors
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
